SUPPLY MANAGEMENT OFFICER

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying technical supply management principles, concepts, and regulations in a multi-faceted supply department operations (e.g. minor property management, inventory management, fuel distribution facilities, hazardous material management, warehousing, storage management, quality assurance/control, transportation, procurement, contracting, aviation support and maintenance functions.) In addition, experience with managerial processes to include budgeting, finance, maintenance, contract administration, quality assurance/quality control, control of plant property, assessment of manpower and facilities requirements. Example of specialized experience are as follows:
1) Participating in providing technical program management support in providing Product and Service (P&S) functional areas to validate compliance with policy and current regulations while reviewing, approving or adjusting priorities; 2) Validating and tracking budget execution ensuring funds over expenditure does not occur; 3) Reviewing feasibility studies, point papers, and like documents to direct the implementation of changes affecting supply functions; and 4) Providing direction to subordinates coordinating both internal and external procedures and operations. OR Have successfully completed a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree, or LL.M., if related; OR A combination of specialized experience and education. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
