Summary:

Performs, under the direction of a RN, all processes that relate to the delivery and assistive patient care in the O.R. prior to and during any surgical procedure.

Our Perioperative department does approximately 5 to 15 cases a day plus outpatient IV therapy. We perform OB/Gyn cases, Endoscopy, Laparoscopic Procedures, Cataracts, and Ortho. We have great team work and excel with patient satisfaction scores. Patient Safety and Patient Satisfaction are No. 1. Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Student currently enrolled in an accredited Surgical Technology program.
  • Previous experience in patient care through fundamental classes in the Surgical Technology program
  • CPR (American Heart Association) required

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
